SwapMySkill is a platform where users can trade or sell their skills safely. You can offer your expertise or find others who provide what you need. The platform facilitates secure exchanges and charges a small service fee for each completed transaction.
When you purchase a service, the full amount is reserved immediately. The seller receives the payment within 14 days after completion, unless a dispute arises. SwapMySkill automatically deducts the service fee from the total before releasing funds.
Once the transaction is confirmed, you receive a confirmation email and a video link or other access details directly from the seller.
The seller receives their full payment within 14 days of a successful transaction. This ensures both security and trust between the buyer and seller while SwapMySkill verifies the exchange process.
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a secure access link. Depending on the service, it may include a direct video link, a downloadable file, or a meeting invitation. SwapMySkill ensures links function properly but is not responsible for content quality.
Each video meeting link is intended for one swap session of about 60–65 minutes and must be used within 30 days from the purchase date. The call will not end automatically when the time is up, so you and your swap partner are responsible for keeping track of the duration.
5 and 10 swap packages are designed to be used with the same seller. The sessions cannot be split across multiple providers, as this would make tracking and fair use of the package impossible.
Yes. After your purchase, you receive an order confirmation email containing your video meeting link or access details. You are responsible for contacting the seller, sharing your link, and arranging the date and time for each session directly with them.
All transactions on SwapMySkill occur directly between users. SwapMySkill acts as a neutral facilitator and cannot be held responsible for disputes, delays, or quality issues. Any disagreements should be resolved directly between buyer and seller.
SwapMySkill charges a small service fee on each completed transaction to cover maintenance, platform development, and secure payment processing. The fee is automatically deducted before the seller’s payout.
Buyers and sellers/swappers are fully responsible for handling their own taxes and VAT. This applies to both paid services and non-monetary swaps where value is exchanged.
SwapMySkill.app only facilitates contact, booking and payment processing. We do not act as your employer, tax agent or seller of record, and we do not calculate, collect or remit taxes on your behalf.

SwapMySkill uses secure systems but takes no responsibility for hacking, technical errors, or external system failures. Users are responsible for their own data and account security.
Digital services delivered through SwapMySkill are usually non-refundable once access is provided. A refund or cancellation is only possible if clearly stated by the seller in their profile or agreement.
